If you are looking for Panoramata alternatives, here is the short version. If you are leaving because of the price per competitor, you probably won't find a cheaper deal. If you are leaving because you only use the ads part, Foreplay or Atria will do that job. If traffic is what you actually look at, Similarweb. If you want fewer competitors measured on more things, including your own brand and AI answers, that is what I make, and it is called Kvasano.
I make one of the tools on this list, so weigh what I say about it accordingly. Every price below is from the vendor's own pricing page as I read it on 25 October 2026, unless I say otherwise.
Panoramata and Kvasano, side by side
Panoramata is the closest thing to Kvasano that I know of. Of everything we measure, I'd guess they cover around 60%. So this comparison is mostly like for like, which makes the differences easier to see.
| Feature | Panoramata | Kvasano |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | €99/mo, Startup | $39/mo for 1 competitor |
| Competitors at around 99 a month | 20 (Startup, €99) | 7 (Core, $99) |
| Unlimited competitors | From €149/mo (Professional) | No. 15 is the top plan, $299/mo |
| How often | Real-time, in their words. Daily summaries and a Monday email | Every 14 days |
| Ads | Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn | Live ads, hooks, how long each runs, where it lands. Spend as a labelled estimate on Meta, TikTok and YouTube |
| Newsletters with email scoring, plus SMS and flows | The newsletters they send to our inbox, counted. No SMS, no flows | |
| Landing pages and site changes | Yes | Yes, the whole sitemap, new pages flagged |
| Catalogue and prices | From Professional | Every plan |
| Review themes | Review sentiment on Advanced | Every paid plan |
| AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews) | Not as a measured row | Yes, per question and per engine |
| Jobs, press, podcasts, creators | Not listed | Yes |
| Source behind every row | Not listed | Yes |
| Export and integrations | CSV on Startup, MCP on all plans, alerts from Professional | None. No API, no CSV, no alerts |
| Free start | Free sign-up with limited access, no card | One free benchmark, one competitor, no card |
Panoramata's page shows two price lists. The euro one is €99, €149 and €379 a month. The dollar one is $99, $179 and $399. Which you see may depend on where you are. Kvasano's prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT. So €99 and $99 are close, not the same.
What Panoramata does well
I'll start here, because it is most of the reason people pick it.
It covers more competitors per euro. 20 competitors for €99 a month on Startup, as of October 2026. Unlimited competitors from €149 on Professional. I follow 7 for $99. If your category has 30 brands that matter, Panoramata wins that argument before it starts.
It sees CRM, not just newsletters. SMS and email flows are listed on every plan. Flows are the welcome series, the abandoned cart email, the win-back. You only see them if you sign up, browse and leave, and keep doing it. That is real work, and they do it for you. We count newsletters that land in our inbox. We don't follow flows, and we don't touch SMS.
It is fast. They describe the tracking as real-time, with daily summaries on the dashboard and a weekly email every Monday. I measure every 14 days. If a competitor launches a sale on Tuesday, a Panoramata user can see it that week. A Kvasano user sees it in the next run.
It fits into your other tools. MCP is included in all plans, so you can ask Claude or ChatGPT about your competitors directly. There is CSV export on Startup. Alerts start on Professional, and a Slack integration is listed too. We have none of that.
It doubles as an inspiration library. They advertise 500M marketing assets to search. If part of your job is finding the next email layout or ad hook, that library is a separate reason to pay.
Where it falls short for a full competitor benchmark
None of this means Panoramata is bad at its job. It means its job is a little different from the one some people bring to it.
Panoramata answers "what are they sending and running?" very well. If your question is "how do we compare, and on what?", some rows are missing or sit higher up the price list.
- AI answers. When someone asks ChatGPT for the best brand in your category, who gets named, and who gets named first? Panoramata has an AI assistant that answers questions about your competitors. That is not the same as measuring what the engines say to your customers. We ask a fixed set of questions in four engines, every run.
- Reviews. Review sentiment is on Advanced, €379 a month. Review themes, meaning what the low-rated reviews actually complain about, are on every paid Kvasano plan.
- Catalogue and prices. On Professional and up, not on Startup.
- The things around the marketing. Who they are hiring. Which press, podcasts and creators mention them. These are not on Panoramata's pricing page.
- Where a number came from. Every row in a Kvasano benchmark links to its source. If someone in the meeting asks "says who?", you can answer.
Here is why the AI row matters, with numbers. For the public monday.com benchmark we asked 12 questions about project management tools and got 47 answers. monday.com and ClickUp were each named in 37. Asana in 34. But Asana came first in 56% of the answers it appeared in, and monday.com in 41%. Same visibility, very different position. You only see that when your own brand gets the same questions as your rivals.
The alternatives
Four tools, for four different reasons to leave or to look elsewhere. I've put Kvasano where I think it fits, which is not first for every buyer.
1. Kvasano: fewer competitors, more rows, your own brand on the same yardstick
What it is: a benchmark of your brand against a shortlist of competitors, measured every 14 days. Ads, site changes, prices, reviews, traffic, AI answers, jobs, press and creators, on one page with a source behind every row. Then a Changes page with what moved since last time, and Actions with what I would do about it.
Price: $0 for one free benchmark, one competitor, measured once. $39 a month for 1 competitor, $99 for 7, $299 for 15.
Who it is for: a marketer with one to seven competitors that matter, who wants to see their own brand next to them, and can wait 14 days between measurements.
Who it is not for: anyone who needs it the same day, needs SMS or flows, or wants the data in a spreadsheet. You can run the free benchmark on one competitor and decide from the actual page.
2. Competitors.app: cheap per competitor, with digests
Competitors.app charges per competitor. Business AI is $14.90 per competitor per month as of October 2026. That is an October offer at 50% off, and they say you keep it. The list price is $29.80. Business Plus AI, with more users and data export, is $19.90 per competitor on the same offer. There is a 15-day free trial.
It tracks website changes, social, email and ads. Daily email reports, a weekly overview and battlecards are on the plan list. Reviews are tracked on Business Plus AI, not on Business AI. LinkedIn is an add-on.
Who it is for: someone who wants a daily nudge about three or four competitors and pays only for those. If you follow a handful of brands and want to hear about changes quickly, it is likely cheaper than both Panoramata and me.
What you give up compared to Panoramata: SMS and flows are not on its pricing page. Compared to Kvasano: traffic, AI answers and prices as data.
3. Foreplay or Atria: if ads are the only part you use
A lot of Panoramata users mostly open the ads tab. If that is you, an ad tool built for creative teams may suit you better than a broad platform.
Foreplay has a Basic plan at $59 a month, which is a swipe file. Competitor tracking, which they call Spyder, starts on Workflow at $175 a month, or $149 a month billed annually, with 5 users. They list a 7-day free trial, and you enter a card to start it.
Atria Core is $129 a month billed annually, as of October 2026. That is a discounted price; the regular one is $219. It includes 5 seats, following 50 brands, and AI tools for writing ad concepts and scripts.
Who they are for: creative strategists and media buyers. Both also connect to your own ad accounts, so your ads and your competitors' sit in one place. I don't do that.
What you give up: everything that isn't an ad. No email, no prices, no site changes.
4. Similarweb: if traffic is the number you live by
Similarweb doesn't show prices on its own page. Third-party reviews put the Starter plan at $199 a month for one user, as of October 2026. Team and business plans are sold through sales.
It goes much deeper on traffic than anything else here: countries, devices, channels, apps, and an API.
I should be clear about something. Kvasano's traffic rows are Similarweb's modelled estimate. If traffic is the main thing you need, buy Similarweb. Paying me for it would mean paying for their model with a markup.
What you give up: emails, SMS, flows, prices and reviews. It is a traffic tool, not a marketing tracker.
How to choose
Start with what you actually opened in Panoramata last month. Not what you meant to open.
- Mostly emails, SMS and flows? Stay with Panoramata. I don't know a cheaper way to see flows, and I don't do them.
- Mostly ads? Foreplay or Atria. They are built for the people who make ads.
- Daily alerts on a few competitors? Competitors.app.
- Traffic and channel mix? Similarweb.
- "Where do we stand, and why?" That is the question Kvasano is built for. Fewer competitors, more things measured, your own brand counted the same way, every 14 days.
And count your competitors honestly. Over 15 brands, Kvasano doesn't fit at any price. Between 7 and 20, Panoramata's Startup is roughly the same money as my Core and covers almost three times as many brands. Under 7, the question is what you measure, not how many.
FAQ
How much does Panoramata cost?
As of October 2026, their pricing page shows Startup at €99 a month (20 competitors, 3 users, 6 months of history), Professional at €149 (unlimited competitors, 10 users) and Advanced at €379 (20 users). Paying yearly gives two months free. The same page also shows a dollar list: $99, $179 and $399.
Is there a free Panoramata alternative?
Not one that covers the same ground. Panoramata itself has a free sign-up with limited access, which is worth trying first. Kvasano's first benchmark is free, one competitor, measured once. Competitors.app has a free trial. Meta's and TikTok's own ad libraries are free, if you have the time.
Does Kvasano track SMS and email flows?
No. We count the newsletters a competitor sends to our inbox. We don't sign up for flows, and we don't track SMS. If those matter to you, Panoramata is the better buy.
Which Panoramata alternative is best for agencies?
For many clients and many brands, probably none of the cheaper ones. Panoramata's Advanced plan is priced for agencies, and Foreplay has an Agency tier for ad work. Kvasano tops out at 15 competitors per account, which suits one client better than twenty.
How often does Kvasano update compared to Panoramata?
Every 14 days, on every paid plan. Panoramata calls its tracking real-time. If you need to react within a day, that difference decides it, and not in my favour.
