This page covers what happens to your details when you use kvasano.com. It is written to be read, not to protect us. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
Kvasano is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: hey@kvasano.com.
We collect nothing until you enter your email address on the front page. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on this site. If you never fill in the form, we hold nothing about you.
When you do, we store:
| Field | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Email address | You type it |
| What you work with | First quiz question, if you answer it |
| How you found us | Second quiz question, if you answer it |
| Which page you were on | Sent automatically with the form |
| Time of submission | Sent automatically with the form |
Your answer is sent when you enter your email, and again if you finish the two questions. That means we may hold your email even if you stop halfway.
To send you the sample report you asked for, and to contact you about Kvasano. Nothing else. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
Your consent, given by entering your email. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: one email to us.
In a Google Sheet owned by us, reached through a Google Apps Script endpoint. Google LLC processes and stores this data on our behalf, which can involve transfer to and storage outside the EU under Google's own safeguards. We use no other processor for this data.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after your last contact with us, whichever comes first.
Write to hey@kvasano.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk.
This site sets no cookies. Your answers to the two questions are also kept in your own browser's local storage so the page remembers where you were. You can clear that at any time in your browser settings, and it never leaves your device except as described above.
Kvasano monitors public sources about companies: their websites, public advertising libraries, public reviews, public posts and news. Those reports are about companies, not about you as a private individual. If you believe a Kvasano report contains personal information about you, write to us and we will look at it.
If we change this page, we change the date at the top. If the change is material and we hold your email, we will tell you.
