Mentions

Five tools watch five corners. The conversation happens across all of them.

Social listening, podcast tracking, video monitoring and press alerts are sold as four products. They answer one question: where is this brand being talked about, and does any of it matter?

Volume is the least interesting number here

A thousand mentions you cannot act on is worse than ten you can. So the sweep separates the ones carrying buying intent, someone asking which to buy, from the ones that are just noise. Those are the threads worth answering as yourself.

What this does not do

Podcasts are matched on title and show notes, not audio. A pure ad-read that never appears in the notes will not show up, so treat sponsorship counts as a floor.

Sentiment is a marker-word heuristic. "Be careful with these" can score neutral. Read the threads, not the score.

We cover the platforms listed above. We are not a full media-monitoring suite and we do not pretend to be.

Questions we get

Which places do you sweep?
Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts and press, in one weekly run. The point is not volume: it is finding the conversation that decides a purchase, which is usually a thread with eleven upvotes rather than a post with eleven thousand.
How do you filter out noise?
Two gates. Relevance asks whether the thread is about the category at all, and market asks whether it is in a country you sell in. A perfect thread in a market you do not serve is not a lead, and we drop it rather than count it.
Do you post on our behalf?
No. We find the threads and the exact question being asked. You answer them from your own account, disclosing who you work for. Anything else is against the platforms' rules and reads as astroturf to the people you are trying to convince.
