We sign up to each competitor with our own inbox and keep everything that arrives. That is exactly what a new subscriber gets, and we say so.
Here are the seven things a Kvasano report does for CRM and Email teams, each with a real example from our public benchmarks: earplugs (Loop vs Hears) and software (monday.com vs Asana and ClickUp). Measured 25 October 2026.
1. Every email, in full
Not a screenshot or a summary. The whole email, kept in an archive you can scroll back through.
In a real report: Collected with our own inbox, every 14 days.
2. The first three weeks after signup
The welcome flow, email by email, in the order it arrived.
In a real report: Loop sent 8 emails in the first three weeks.
3. How often do they send?
Emails per week, so you can see who mails hard and who holds back.
In a real report: Hears sends 6 emails a week. Loop sends 3.7.
4. What do they put in the subject line?
Recent subject lines, side by side, so you can see their angles and their urgency.
In a real report: Updated with every run.
5. How do they capture the address?
Popups and signup offers on the site, counted.
In a real report: Loop runs 4 signup offers, Hears runs 3.
6. Where do the discounts live?
Offers in emails next to offers in ads. Many brands keep the price clean in ads and discount in the inbox.
In a real report: 100% of Loop's emails carry an offer. 22% of its ads do.
7. How much does email drive?
Email's share of their website traffic, plus the Email Index benchmark across a whole category.
In a real report: 8.8% of Loop's visits come from email.
All seven, every 14 days
